It has been noted a lot of time and I’m sure it will be brought up again and again. It is so so important for mobile Developers and Marketers to get to grips with the fact that Mobile users are not Patient or forgiving . Mobile users expect your site to work just as well on their phones as if they were sitting in front of a computer. So make sure you get it right. You have been warned :)
